An Introduction

Welcome to the Sudanese Islamic Centre of Nottingham!

The idea for this project came when a group of the Sudanese community in Nottingham saw that our community in Nottingham has become large, over 3000 people. We dont have spaces to gather and celebrate our religion and our culture. We have been working for over 5 years in the background to come up with a plan and execute it. We aim to serve the community in Nottingham both Sudanese and non Sudanese.

Our Centre will be committed to fostering a sense of belonging and connection among its members, and we will offer a range of programs and activities that bring us together in fellowship and mutual support. Whether you are new to Islam or have been practicing for many years, you will find a warm and welcoming environment here.

We are excited to announce our foundation project, which is focused on raising the funds to make this centre a reality.
